If you have not received your order within 30 days of the date of order, please contact us so we can check the delivery status.

Shipping

Shipping for International Customers is supplied by New Zealand Post. Customers are advised to check with their local authorities with regards to the tax-free threshold for goods purchased for personal use. Where any taxes apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Domestic Customers is provided by either PBT or Courier Post and we offer a flat rate to our customers, excluding rural delivery.
